Quailtech's highly specialized in-house repair facilities and technicians ensure that your equipment is repaired the same day it is received. We do not "forward" your equipment to others which could cause unecessary delays. You ship it to us free and we ship it back within 24 hours.

FIELD
Sometimes shipping malfunctioning equipment just won't get your drive thru system up and running soon enough. Quailtech offers top-notch field service around much of the Pacific Northwest. Our field technicians provide equipment repair, tune up and calibration services on-site as well as new equipment installation. To meet any Oregon or Washington emergency, you can count on us to dispatch our field service technicians to help get your system back up and running!

TUNE UP
To guarantee against costly breakdowns and lost sales, we recommend that your drive thru system be tested, cleaned and calibrated at least twice a year. Quailtech's "Tune Up" service is offered as a preventative maintenance measure that will ensure the continued reliability and performance of all your drive thru system components!
